Our Policies
DOA POLICY
We strive to ensure that every coral arrives healthy and vibrant. However, in the rare event that a coral is Dead on Arrival (DOA), the following policy applies:
Photo Submission: You must submit clear, high-resolution pictures of the coral within 2 hours of delivery. Photos should clearly show the condition of the coral in its original, unopened packaging.
Delivery Acceptance: The package must be accepted on the first delivery attempt. Failure to accept the package may void eligibility for a DOA claim.
Refunds: Approved DOA claims will be issued as store credit only.
Shipping Costs: Refunds do not include reimbursement for shipping costs.
Exceptions: We are not responsible for DOAs caused by carrier delays, including those due to lost packages or inclement weather.

SHIPPING POLICY
We are committed to ensuring that your order arrives in the best possible condition. Please review the following shipping terms:
Shipping Rate: A flat rate of $50 applies to all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
Shipping Days: Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday. We do not ship on weekends unless specifically requested by the buyer in advance.
Weekend Shipping: Weekend shipping requests may incur additional costs and are more likely to result in delays. Please note that weekend shipments void the DOA policy due to increased risk of transit issues.
Processing Time: Please allow sufficient time for your order to be prepared and shipped within the designated shipping days. We will provide tracking information once it is accepted by the carrier.
